A construction logbook must be kept for each construction activity started. This Act is provided for in [Government Decree No. 191/2009 (15.IX.), § 5 (5)).
2013. from 1 October 2011, you will have to keep an e-building diary opened online.

In the construction logbook, the participants in the construction activity shall notify each other of any emergencies, facts and circumstances affecting the construction works which affect or jeopardise the contractual performance of their obligations under the construction contract.
In addition, the contractors can give each other instructions via the e-construction log.
